(McNairy County, TN) Two McNairy County men were charged Tuesday in separate TennCare fraud investigations involving prescription drugs.
Casey Callins, 33, and Lonnie Matlock, 20, are accused of using benefits to receive the painkiller Hydrocodone, while planning to sell at least a portion of the drugs.
